New page

The Liberty Bell was rung to announce the first public reading of the Declaration of Independence, July 8, 1776. The insription on the bell reads: “Proclaim Liberty throughout all the Land unto all the Inhabitants Thereof.” [Lev. 25:10.]

People living in the North and the South of America had an ancient schism between them. These people in other civilizations, in other embodiments, had experienced a schism, and the karma of that schism was manifest in the founding of our nation when the Liberty Bell was cast. There was a crack that appeared in that bell through an accident, and it occurred as a focalization of an etheric pattern of division that came out of the past and that was prophetic of the future, of the war between the states. And it was a crack that was based on bondage and freedom.

The Liberty Bell is a symbol of perfection and imperfection, for the crack in the bell was put there by destiny, in order to show America that she had not a perfect nation, not a perfect liberty, but should seek a perfect liberty; to mend the crack in the Liberty Bell, then, not by outer means of just recasting it, but by recognizing that in the imperfection there is a striving for perfection.

The Elohim Arturus has said of the Liberty Bell:

<blockquote>Behind the Constitution and the Liberty Bell and the sacred symbols of freedom for this great nation, there is a spiritual symbol and living light which can never be altered or changed because it is a representative of the pure perfection of God? And therefore that great flag of light in the Royal Teton, the Liberty Bell and all the symbols of freedom that belong to the heart of America shine at inner levels with a glorious golden light of the golden age.</blockquote>

Godfre has said of the Liberty Bell:

<blockquote>My hand is on the Liberty Bell. And one day you will know the healing of the flaw. You will know the healing of the flaw! You will know the healing of the flaw in America and the I AM Race, worlds without end!</blockquote>

Saint Germain has said:

<blockquote>I recognize the problems now existing in the world, but I cannot recognize them as though they were a tangible reality that could never be mended. You will recall that there is on record the statement “God can mend thine every flaw.” And when mankind thinks of the casting of the Liberty Bell and of that great bell that hangs in Philadelphia, they will understand that God can indeed mend the flaws of their nation, whatever that nation may be. They will understand also that God can mend their individualized faults, whatever that manifestation may be. They will understand that God can perfect the cracks upon the heart of the world and produce in the heart of the World Mother the understanding that her children are coming home.</blockquote>
